“Prepared to Love” workshop is intended to prepare Catholics, ages 18-25, to make the right relationship choices leading to a future successful marriage.
-
Are you looking to get married one day? Many young adults believe marriage to be a goal, yet unwittingly absorb cultural scripts and engage in practices that lead them away from that goal. In this course, marriage-minded young adults will learn how to prepare for future flourishing long before engagement (or, in some cases, a serious relationship)! It is the fruit of nearly 10 years of work with college students and additional years working to formally prepare couples for marriage. Young adults will gain a framework for effectively evaluating relationships in their lives and will be given the opportunity to interact with other like-minded individuals.

A workshop designed to equip ministry leaders and teachers with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to lead effectively and inspire their communities.
-
Are you a ministry leader or educator worried about the current state of young adult relationships? Are you concerned about whether the young adults you serve will be able to enter healthy marriages one day? In this workshop, you will be given an overview of young adult attitudes and practices concerning marriage and the Catholic faith. You will be given tools needed to become an effective witness to the young adults you serve in order for them to develop virtue, build healthy friendships, gain greater self-knowledge and connect with mentors. Additionally, you will be encouraged to assist parents in effectively forming their children in virtue. Those who work with teens and pre-teens can particularly benefit, but the course is open to those working with all developmental levels.
